Acumino raises $11.7M seed round to scale Physical AI in industrial automation
We're thrilled to share that Acumino has raised an $11.7M seed round led by Radar Ventures, with participation from Schaeffler, Big Pi Ventures, MegaChips Corporation, LDV Partners, and Bulent Celebi — bringing total funding raised to $19.2M.
Founded in 2021 as a spinout from 17 years of robotics research, Acumino builds task-specific Physical AI models for dexterous industrial automation — handling flexible objects, assembly, material deposition, and packaging that typically requires human dexterity. Their robot-worker-as-a-service model handles everything from installation and data collection to model training and maintenance, with a clear focus on delivering ROI fast. The company is also one of just 15 startups selected for Google DeepMind's first robotics accelerator.
With a pipeline of 600 deployments from existing clients and ambitions to have hundreds live next year, Acumino is moving from research to real-world scale. We are proud to back Minas and the team on that journey.
