Lars Rasmussen talks in detail about how during the dot-com crash period,20 years ago, he lost his job and how he decided to build software with his brother that became the Google Maps success.

He also explains the difficulties he had to overcome for success, the enormous pressure from Yahoo, whereas Google rejected their software, Google’s way of thinking, his overall professional path and his major career milestones: Director of Engineering with Facebook, co-founder with Weav and investor with Canva.
