Marco Veremis at the “Growing Together” event

Our partner, Marco Veremis, participated in the first edition of “Growing Together”, a gathering of our territories’ driving forces (entrepreneurs, investment funds, development banks, and European institutions), which took place in Athens​Zappeion Megaron on April 4th, 2022.

Based on the partnership established between the different entities, this event aimed to demonstrate, by example, the effectiveness of the model of national development banks as a driver for innovation, growth, and economic attractiveness of their ecosystem. It was also intended to contribute to their essential, necessary, networking at the European level.

The “Growing Together” event gathered 300 entrepreneurs, investors, bankers, and representatives of European institutions from 8 European countries.​ It was co-produced by the Hellenic Development Bank, the Hellenic Development Bank of Investments, and the French public investment bank -Bpifrance- and is under the auspices of the Greek Ministry of Development and Investments.

Marco Veremis talked about the Greek and the European startups’ ecosystem, the four principles of eudemonia, according to Aristotle, that are very useful for every modern age entrepreneur, and more.
