Antonis, CO-Founder & CEO of Prosperty, has more than 15 years of working experience. During the last 8 years and until present, he holds senior and executive roles in Strategy, Operations and Business Development. Areas of his expertise are: strategic planning, ownership of operational P&L, management of high demand operations, budget supervision, business development and sales, building of strong relationships with C-level and Governmental officials for business needs. However, one of his strongest assets, is the ability to form successful winning teams, that have a real impact on the organization his serves, that are built to last.

Antonis, holds a Ph.D. in Electrical & Computer Engineering, from National Technical University of Athens and has published more than 25 scientific papers. After gaining an extensive experience in the Management of European Research projects, he moved into Corporate Business and specifically in Sales/Business Development Department, for VELTI. (velti.com) aiming to the IPO for Nasdaq Stock market in 2010. Moving back into the private and corporate environment, as the Managing Director for INTRALOT Pacific, the world leading supplier in the Gaming Industry, he took the responsibility to deliver a very demanding project in Australian government, ensure a successful P&L management for both Australia and New Zealand and leading a senior team of more than 100 people in both countries.

Nikos, co-founder and COO of Prosperty, brings over 15 years of international business development, operating, and advisory experience working with companies like PwC, ING, as well as FinTech and NPL/REO servicers, across many regions, to deliver large scale transformational solutions that have impacted people, process and technology and delivered meaningful business value and benefits.

 At Prosperty, Nikos currently leads business strategy and innovation efforts, as well as monitors a diverse portfolio of operations, ensuring cross-functional performance. He is focused on formulating and delivering technology-driven services, setting up strategic partnerships, providing outstanding client service, driving efficiency and commercial growth.

Nikos holds an MA in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick (UK) and a BSc in Economics from Cardiff Business School (UK). He is married and father of 2 boys.

Antonis Despotakis has over 15 years of experience in the design and implementation of web applications.

He has worked as a web developer for companies in digital advertising, online gaming and technology, and has undertaken numerous web development projects both as a software developer and as a technical project manager.

Antonis holds a BSc degree in software engineering and an MSc in electronic business management.

After years of working as web applications developer, he started Prosperty alongside a solid business and technical team.

His main responsibilities include defining and managing the company’s technological plan, product ownership, forming and managing winning tech and product teams, defining product roadmap & strategy.
